Denise currently serves as the Family Readiness Officer for the 7th Marine Regiment out of Twentynine Palms, California. The goal of the Family Readiness Officer is to provide information and support to families in an effort to support Mission Readiness for the Regiment.

Denise received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College while stationed in Okinawa Japan. She also served as Key Volunteer Coordinator for 7th Communication Battalion while in Okinawa. Denise received a ministry certification with an emphasis on Relationship Coaching from Courageous Living Ministries, Irvine CA in 2007 and she is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Theology.

Denise will be writing a column on topics related to deployment, homecomings, and communication with the Marine Corps. Her expertise in Marine Family Readiness will provide much-needed insight directly to our families.
